After the job was completed there seemed to be a slight misfire, we plugged in the scan tool and misfire count on cylinder 2 was out the roof.
The car had a full service back in February at another garage. But what we found was crazy.
They obviously couldn’t get 1 of the spark plugs out…. So didn’t change it.
After removing/refitting the coil packs it must have caused a slight break down in connection.
Amazing how a company could just change 3 plugs 😳
We replaced the old plug, (the car hadn’t done many miles on the new plugs)
All done and customer happy again. .
