Finally finished up my transmission rebuild process. Shout out to @translabperformance for rebuilding my transmission.

At first, my friends and I were rebuilding the transmission trying to learn how the process goes, since I have never done this before.
After I thought I was finished with rebuilding my transmission, as lot of you guys know I had hard time closing my transmission case.

The main reason why my transmission case didn’t close all the way was,
1, incorrect 6th gear input but I bought a new 6th gear counter since the edge of the teeth’s were all torn up on the 6th gear counter. Never thought that 6th gear input (that was already in the transmission) would have an extra teeth with hair off measurement. He also told me that there’s no measurements for any K-series transmission that came back to this and it’s not RSX Type S measurement at all. So someone must have rebuilt this transmission before? I guess it’s a mystery.
2, 1st gear synchro smashed on the install counter tightened destroying the synchro.
3, both 3-4 inner and outer sliders were upside down.

So now transmission has brand new carbon synchro from synchro tech, 1-2, 3-4, and 5-6 both inner and outer sliders, both input and counter 6th gear, bearings, Spoon clutch type LSD, and few other little things.

Without @translabperformance I wouldn’t know what was wrong with it so thank you so much. I have learned a lot from this rebuild process what to do and what not to do.

If you have never rebuilt a transmission before, I highly recommend taking it to the professionals.
